	An opening-out to China 1) Chinese teaching Chinese language has been selected as the 3rd language inasmuch as catering jobs will have to accomodate to the new Chinese clientele. Chinese is taught to receptionists and to the BEP students as an initiation. 2) Partnership with China Thanks to the cooperation which has been going on between Brittany and Shandong's Province, members of the staff met their Chinese counterparts in December 2006 during 2 days of intervention about French Gastronomy at the "Trade and Technology Intitute of Snadong" in Jinan. The aim is to build a partnership in order to share knowledge and know-how in the cooking and pastry fields and to favour the contacts of students in the field of training in the school and in the companies.
